Meet the team
Dr. Kar-Ming Lo, MD
Pulmonologist

Dr. Lo is a triple board-certified physician specializing in Pulmonary, Sleep, and Critical Care Medicine. Over the past 25 years, his career has spanned both private practice and work within the Cleveland Clinic. This breadth of experience has given him a deep understanding of how to navigate complex medical environments while maintaining a personalized, patient-centered approach to care. His clinical expertise is rooted in extensive experience with mechanical ventilation, including both invasive and non-invasive ventilation, as well as other forms of advanced respiratory support. Beyond direct patient care, he has also dedicated several years to teaching and mentoring medical residents. Today, his mission is to expand access to high-quality specialty care for populations that have historically had limited access to pulmonary medicine. He is proud to bring a proven care model directly to communities in need, providing frequent, reliable, and specialized respiratory care. He believes everyone deserves access to exceptional respiratory health support in the comfort of their home.

Dr. Harish Kakarala, MD
Pulmonologist

Dr. Kakarala is a board-certified Pulmonary, Critical Care, and Sleep Medicine physician with 25 years of clinical experience, including 10 years at Cleveland Clinic. His career has spanned outpatient care, the ICU, LTACH, and now SNF respiratory units, which are his sole clinical focus today. He brings deep expertise in caring for ventilator-dependent, tracheostomy, and NIV patients, tailoring his approach to each patient's individual goals of care. He also brings extensive regulatory and compliance expertise, having served on the State Medical Board of Ohio for over seven years, where he currently serves as Supervising Member.
